Chris Free, President of Chromatic opened up to us all about the difficulties he faces with his mental health as a result of running his agency. We talked about the impact that overworking himself, being unable to define his actual role, and his inability to let go had on his physical and mental health. And, what he’s done to work on recovering and the positive impact that this has had on Chromatic’s culture of openness and vulnerability.
